The result of its work can be admired and touched by hand in products that stand out both for the ability to perfectly combine form and function while maintaining comfort at the center of the design, and for the special attention that, from conception to construction, is reserved for attention to detail, the value of which reflects the uncompromising quality of the whole.

Varaschin is presented by TB Contract. Varaschin iconic products is the Daybed Emma Cross, designed by Monica Armani

The idea of sofa meets the bed: and here is daybed. The one from the Emma Cross collection stands out for the shape, decidedly cocooning thanks to the backrest-armrests combination, distinguished by the weaving, handmade in acrylic fabric Band, on a powder-coated aluminium frame. The seat cushion with Dryfeel® foam padding, suitable for outdoor use, and the 7 back cushions are included.

Pedrali and Varaschin

Pedrali and Varaschin honoured at HD Awards

On June 5th 2019, at Cipriani 25 Broadway, NY, Hospitality Design (HD) magazine announced Pedrali and Varaschin between the winners and finalists during the annual HD Awards ceremony.

Hospitality Design is a cornerstone for the professionals of the hospitality design industry. For 37 years it has been working hard in order to enrich this field, connect buyers and sellers, organize activities, conferences and events like HD Awards.

At the occasion of the contest, the magazine has been evaluating, for 15 years in a row, the best design projects and products to honour at the HD Awards gala event.

This year edition, the cherry picked jury selected 122 entries, out of more than 1000, between finalists and winners. In the ranking appeared also: Pedrali and Varaschin, which stood out in the “outdoor furniture” category, “product” section.

One of the three finalists was therefore Pedrali’s Remind armchair. The jury admired the sinuous line of the product, which evokes the late 19th century chairs and its perforated “creative” backrest, which can be decorated with coloured pixels.

Its organic silhouette recalls “something never seen before”.

Instead, Varaschin’s Summer Set Bergère Relax lounge chair was appointed winner of the category. It was appreciated for its essential design given by the net structure, customizable in different colours. Furthermore, the cushions, made from resilient outdoor foam, invite to relaxation.

It is the most comfortable and generous item of the entire collection.
