MOSAICO DIGITALE

Mac Stopa‘s Pebble Collection for Mosaico Digitale is a wall tile with a tessellating star shape. The tile is made from smaller pebble-shaped forms in resin. Using a special design geometry, Mac creates a stunning organic mosaic effect achieved without any recognizable divisions between the tiles. Thanks to the new resin technology, the tile is strong, but light-weight, durable yet flexible, and gives the possibility to replicate any photographic image on the tile, including graphic designs. By changing the color of the tiles and the color of the grouting between the tiles, different graphic expressions on the finished surface may be achieved. The tiles are available in a variety of colors, including solid and mirrored, are eco-friendly and 100% water proof; a perfect solution for wall tiles in the bathroom as well as for swimming pools. One of many tile patterns that Mac designed for the collection, the Trulli pattern, exhibited during NeoCon 2015 and winner of a Best of NeoCon Gold Award, is inspired by ancient architectural Trulli symbols native to the Puglia region in Italy. The Trulli symbols digitized in a 3D wave pattern with the colors of sea anemone give the pattern a distinct Mediterranean vibe.

Thin and Light (a piece of 40×40” that is 3 mm thick weigths only 15.4 lbs), Slimtech is ideal for the renewal of floors. The thin slab can be simply laid over the old surface avoiding demolition and production of waste. This drastically reduces installation time and the existing doors don’t need to be cut or filed.

Easy to cut, shape, perforate and install, thanks to its reduced thickness, Slimtech allows for great precision and continuity in the plan of the floor. Moreover, with less joints, it reduces the problems linked to maintenance and sanitation, particularly in public areas.

Sofas and fixed and swivel armchairs with a highly distinctive design featuring a special insert between the backrest and seat which graphically divides the cushions in two, especially if upholstered in contrasting colours.

The bearing frame is made of beech and poplar multi-layer wood and supports the seating system composed of elastic webbing.

The padding of the structure, seat and back is made of different density polyurethane foam sections.

Upholstery is available in fabric and leather.

Black painted steel or polished chrome-plated steel base.
